The device
Introducing Eidolon One
A dry-EEG headband that notices the moment you fall asleep and plays a short audio cue built around a topic you chose. Four steps, every night.

How it works
Neuroscience meets your nightstand
Dry electrodes read the slide from wake into early sleep — no gel, no clinic. On-device signal processing finds hypnagogia, the drifting state the protocol depends on, and nothing leaves the band unless you ask it to.
The method comes from published work, not a hunch. Setup is a few minutes, the guidance is written in plain language, and a real person answers when you write in. We would rather explain the science than hide it.
You pick a topic before bed and put the band on. As you drift, it plays a short cue built around that topic, then lets you fall the rest of the way. In the morning the session is waiting for you, not lost.
